Borussia Düsseldorf won their 33rd German club championship in front of their home crowd. The record champions secured a 3-1 victory in the Liebherr TTBL Final against FC Saarbrücken TT at Castello in Düsseldorf. The event had an audience of 2,700 Table Tennis enthusiastic spectators.

China’s Fan Zhendong is WTT Star Contender Ljubljana 2023 winner in Men’s Category after defeating China’s Wang Chuqin who has been dethroned of his world rank 1. In Women’s Category, Sun Yinghsa of China took the title.

In the WTT Star Contender Ljubljana 2023, Romanian Table Tennis star Bernadette Szőcs has reached the quarter-finals by defeating India’s Manika Batra in 5 set showdown. This was a spectacular match in which both players were tested to the limit.

WTT Contendar Amman 2023 is now over and the 17-year-old Chinese sensation Lin Shidong has won his first-ever Men’s Singles trophy at a WTT Series event in Amman. He defeated Germany’s superstar Dimitrij Ovtcharov to the title (11-7, 11-3, 13-11, 11-8) in the final day at WTT Contender Amman 2023. Dimitrij recently surpassed 500 career win’s in his career after his victory in semi-final of this event.
