China’s Zhang Jike is major player in the history of table tennis to achieve a career Grand Slam when he won gold in men’s singles at the Olympic games in London 2012. But Zhang Jike has been missing in action since 2018. Recently Zhang Jike was spotted in spectators in China marvelous 12 2020 but he has been missing in action.

Wang Chuqin, 19 year old sensation from China just defeated Ma Long in R16 and Liang Jingkun in Quater Finals and will face World Rank 2 Fan Zhendong from China.

In Qatar Open Semi Finals today, Ding Ning will take on Mima Ito and Chen Meng will battle with Wang Manyu. China’s Ding Ning earlier faced Japan’s Mima Ito in ITTF Platinum Event, German Open 2020. Ding Ning won that battle in 4-1. Will Mima be looking to take the revenge in the Qatar Open ?
